The sun is shining but my sky's stayin grey. Turned the page but this book still reads the same. This tracks run long and there's no end in sight. As long as it don't end here it'll be alright. Still running from these high lowdowns.

We went outside to dance for rain. Only a downpour could wash away this pain. Off in the distance we heard a rumblin train. We kept on dancing praying for the rain to wash away now.
Out in the darkness her piercing eyes spoke to me and told me no lies. That train had rolled by so often before to pick up all the tears she cried behind her closed doors and to wash away now.
The skies opened up and the rain it fell. Soaked us to the bone and filled our wishing well. A great weight was loaded on that passing train and we kept on dancing in the pouring rain to wash away now. Wash away the pain.
